Privacy policy.

Effective October 6, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Marginline collects through marginline.co, how it is used and the choices available to you. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

Information you submit. When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address, number of locations, city or ZIP code, and any message you include. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Technical information. When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site. We may review basic request logs to keep the site running.

Information stored in your browser. The sample daily report remembers your selected station in your own browser's local storage. This information is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

The site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

We use inquiry details only to respond to you, schedule a consultation and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list or send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Information that clients provide during an engagement, such as sales and fuel cost data, is governed by the client agreement and handled as described in How we use data.

Service providers

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use the following service providers to operate the site and our communications. Each processes information on our behalf.

  • Cloudflare, which hosts the website.
  • Formspree, which receives inquiry form submissions and forwards them to our email.
  • Google Workspace, which provides our email.
  • Google Fonts, which supplies the typeface used on the site. Your browser requests it directly from Google.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, and we delete it on request unless we are required to keep it. Access to our email and form accounts is limited to our staff and protected by two-step sign-in.

Your choices

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email hello@marginline.co and we will respond within 30 days.

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
