Fuel price recommendations for independent stations.

For operators with 1 to 50 locations, nationwide.

We provide daily price recommendations for regular gasoline and diesel, based on your local market, your fuel costs and your sales history. When market conditions change during the day, we notify you. Final pricing decisions remain with you.

Regular is priced below most stations in the area. Fuel cost is up 0.1¢ from yesterday.

The value of a cent

At 2,000 gallons per day, a 3¢ per gallon improvement is worth approximately $21,900 per year.

Pricing above the market reduces volume. Pricing below it gives up margin. Large chains use dedicated pricing software and analysts to manage that balance every day. Most independent operators do not have access to the same resources.

How it works

  1. Introductory call

We discuss your locations, your current pricing approach and your objectives, and agree on the scope of the engagement.

  2. Market and sales review

You provide recent sales by grade and fuel invoices, typically exported from your point-of-sale system. We analyze your prices, costs and volume against your local market using licensed market data.

  3. Daily recommendations

Each morning you receive a recommended price for regular gasoline and diesel at each location, with a brief rationale. If market conditions change materially during the day, we notify you.

Commitments

We work with only one station per area.

We do not advise competing stations within the same market area. If we already serve a station near you, we will tell you during the introductory call.

You always set your own prices.

We provide a recommendation and its rationale. The price posted at your station is always your decision.

Questions

What information is required to get started?

Daily sales volume and posted prices by grade, fuel invoices or supplier price notices, and the address of each location. Standard exports from most point-of-sale and back-office systems are sufficient.

How are recommendations delivered?

Recommendations are sent each morning, with updates during the day when market conditions change. No equipment or software needs to be installed at your locations.

Which fuel grades do you cover?

Regular gasoline and diesel. Most operators price mid-grade and premium at a fixed differential to regular, and that practice can continue unchanged.

Do you provide competitor price data?

No. Market data is licensed for use within our own systems and is not shared with clients. Each recommendation includes your position in the local market and the reasoning behind it. See How we use data.

How is our data protected?

Each client's data is stored separately, used only for that client's recommendations and never sold or shared. Details are on our data use page.

How is an engagement structured?

Scope and terms are agreed during the introductory call, based on the number of locations and the services required.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Fuel markets are volatile, and pricing decisions remain with the station operator. We provide a daily recommendation supported by clear reasoning.
